On May 10, Huang Feng, Executive Deputy Director General of the Office of Xiamen Leading Group for BRICS Partnership on New Industrial Revolution Innovation Center, met with Ms. Ariana, the representative of Brazil's Mato Grosso in China. They discussed the establishment of offices in Xiamen by relevant institutions of Mato Grosso to promote the exchange and cooperation of two sides in fields such as economy, trade, and personnel training. On the morning of May 11, Ms. Ariana visited Xiangyu Group to talk over the establishment of China export cooperation base for Mato Grosso's agricultural products, beef, minerals and other bulk commodities. On the afternoon, Ms. Ariana came to the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park of Xiamen Torch Development Zone for High Technology Industries. The two parties discussed the development of cooperation in technology business incubators and accelerators, as well as technology research and development and cooperation in industrialization projects.

On April 29, the online talent training event with the theme of “Practical Strategies for Entering the Chinese Market”, jointly organized by the Office of Xiamen Leading Group for BRICS Partnership on New Industrial Revolution Innovation Center,  the Embassy of Brazil in China and the government of the Brazilian state of Mato Grosso, achieved a complete success. Ms. Ariana's visit to Xiamen aims to further promote the cooperation between Mato Grosso and Xiamen in the fields of economy and trade, personnel training, and high-tech park projects.
