On November 23, the inauguration of the BPIC Financial Service Center of the Bank of China and the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation agreement were held in Xiamen. At the ceremony, the BPIC Leading Group Office and the Xiamen Branch of the Bank of China signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Both sides will give full play to the role of finance as a driver to promote cooperation between the government and the bank, and between overseas institutions and integrated companies, and to provide services and supports in project development, cross-border liaison, enterprises’ "going global" and "bringing in" and financial innovation.

At the same time, the Xiamen Branch of the Bank of China signed Memorandum of Cooperation with Xiamen C&D Paper & Pulp Co., Ltd. and Xiamen Xiashun Aluminium Foil Company Limited to deepen cooperation on cross-border business related to BRICS countries.
